It is vital to NOWACO to be close to the world’s main suppliers of food. Some years ago our focus was drawn towards Brazil, the world’s breadbasket, because of its leadership on beef and poultry production and its increasing pork production.
In 2002 NOWACO opened its first Brazilian office in Porto Alegre. In 2004 the company moved, and NOWACO Brazil in São Paulo was established as a representative office of NOWACO A/S, from where it coordinates purchases of Brazilian products to our offices worldwide and also focuses on increasing sales to the Brazilian market.
Business areas:
The Brazilian office trades and exports products such as Brazilian beef, pork, and poultry. We also work with eggs, nuts, juice, and sugar, plus the import of vegetables to Brazil.
