Workers in Chinese fish factories surpass any fish cutting machine by a long shot. They can comply with any request from the highly specialized fish industry, and customized products such as portions, loins, stuffed rolls, grill skewers, industrial blocks, and various fillet products are cut with great dexterity and speed from various fish species, leaving little to waste.

Our local quality inspectors make sure that the quality and size (the footprint of the product) of every product that leaves the factories and boards the ships equals the specific requirements of our customers. This enables NOWACO to guarantee the quality of our products.
NOWACO keeps an eye on every market, and we know what people want in different parts of the world. We send frozen cod, haddock, pollock, and salmon from the Barents Sea and from the North Pacific all the way to Qingdao In China to be processed before the products return to the European and American markets to be sold.
Certified training
All factories and co-packers we collaborate with in China are HACCP certified and are approved for export to the EU. Our inspectors from NOWACO China, Qingdao office, have all participated in HACCP training programs with the Chinese authority C.I.Q.
