2008 NOWACO Murmansk LTD is established in Murmansk, Russia. The main focus is purchasing of raw materials for our fishproduction in China.
2008 NOWACO USA, Inc. establishes a new branch office in McAllen (Texas), with the aim to be closer to the Mexican market.
2007 A new sales office is established in Santiago, Chile.
2007 A new sales office is established in Skopje, Macedonia.
2006 NOWACO USA, Inc. is moving from Chicago to Seattle in order to be located in the seafood center of U.S.A.
2006 The NOWACO office in Argentina is moving from Mar del Plata to Buenos Aires.
2006 A new sales office is established in Maharashtra (Mumbai), India.
2006 NOWACO Group A/S is merged with TiKa Holding A/S after the successful withdrawal of NOWACO Group A/S from the Danish Stock Exchange. TiKa Holding A/S is the continuing company and is now the new parent company for the NOWACO group of companies.

NOWACO Group A/S sells its production and distribution activities in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary to a consortium consisting of funds advised by JP Morgan Partners and Bancroft II, LLP.
